This is the second anime eyes tutorial and is a better version of the first one, which I might delete unless someone protests :p

This is done with Adobe Photoshop 7.0, keyboard and hotkeys. And GUESS WHAT? You don't have to use a tablet for this exercise. Maybe I might make a tutorial on how to create tablet effect lines using hotkeys and keyboard, but that's till another time.

    EEE!!!--How quaint that I just visited yer first Eye Tutorial just yesterday. :O_o: XDDD!!!

    But dude, this really, really helps! By reading only, cause...I can't try...cause...I don't have photoshop...yeah. ^^; But I'm FINE with just plainly using MS Paint or a Mech. Pencil! =3!
